Lorienne Solaski

I am an artist and educator.

I am an emotional investigator and explorer, and have been collecting and recording experiences and details for as long as I remember. As someone who is drawn to novelty, I have become an expert amateur, whether it is using a new material, starting a new position, or moving to a new city. To me, participation without expectation is unequivocally engaging.

In 2019 I graduated from RISD with a Masters in Art Education. For the past four years I have been teaching Art and Design at the High School level.

I am also a member at AlterWorks Studios in Astoria Queens, where I make ceramic art and pottery.
